TRANSCRIPT (7 minutes): This is Clean TV Family-friendly news. I’m Jerry McGlothlin reporting what’s happening on Sunday, June 13, 2010. Story #1: Less than a week after the Today Show featured Obama saying the “A” word during live television, they let a young girl say the “C” word twice in less than a minute. Here is the video of the bizarre broadcast. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r5C_2Xixjjk …Is this the new crude direction of the Today Show? How much farther will television press the envelope to see what they can get away with? Where will it all end? Is television destined to degrade to a cesspool of naked bodies swearing? At CleanTV we believe this trend can and must be stopped. We ask that you do your part in turning off the smut and tuning in to clean, wholesome, uplifting television and to urge your friends and family to do the same.

Story #2: In another amazing display of political correctness gone amiss, Britain’s nominally Christian (graphic full screen) Prince Charles is now urging “the world” to follow Muslim spiritual principles to save the environment. (graphic reduced to box) Those comments came from the man expected to become the head of the Church of England, when he eventually succeeds to the throne. (end graphic) During the speech, Charles referred to his personal studies of the Koran which he believes shows “no separation between man and nature,” and requires man to live at peace with the environment. The Center was marking its 25th anniversary, and is reportedly one of the charities supported by the prince.

Story #3: Taliban forces in Afghanistan have put to death a seven-year-old child accused by the militant group of being a spy. Afghan government spokesmen say the boy may have told coalition forces where explosives had been planted, and this act likely led to his hanging. Sources say the child was a grandson of a tribal elder in the violent Helmand Province. If so, this follows a pattern of Taliban violence aimed at the families of tribal leaders who have co-operated with the Karzai government and NATO troops. But the so-called ‘religious leaders’ of the Taliban weren’t happy enough over a mere murder of one innocent child, so they had a suicide bombing of a wedding party, killing over 40 and wounding another 70, including (graphic full screen) the maiming of these two innocent children who are currently in the hospital on life support. (end graphic)
---------------------
Story #4:Ever since the fake humanitarian flotilla attempted to break through Israel’s blockage, the question has been asked, “Is having Israel as an ally an asset or a liability to the United States? Israel Today editor (graphic) Dr. James Hutchens is quite pro-Israel but made this somber statement, “Make no mistake, Israel will increasingly become a liability to the United States. The 93 congressmen that recently signed a pro-Palestinian declaration indicate that the likes of Mike Pence will be the exception rather than the rule in the not to distant future. (end graphic) But the bible not only predicted that Israel would become a nation again after nearly 1900 years of non-existence, but it also predicted that there would be great persecution against Israel in the last days before the coming of Messiah, and I quote from Luke 21:28: “When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near.”

Story #5: CleanTV has a growing following because parents know they can safely allow their children to watch any of our programs, ranging from entertainment to news, without having to worry about exposing them to a single swear word or any immodest dress. In contrast, the recent MTV movie awards had about one profanity for every minute of their two hour broadcast. This year’s film awards showcased what we consider to be the most profane, sexually explicit entertainment award show ever. The program featured lesbian kissing galore. Even Sandra Bullock kissed Scarlett Johansson on the lips. The “W.T.F” presenters said the ‘f’ word many times and Peter Facinelli of Twilight spewed out plenty of four-letter words and Katy Perry and Christian Aguilera flaunted more exposed skin in a matter of minutes than an average television network showed in an entire year, not too long ago. How on earth can caring parents allow their children to watch such filth? Please help spread the word about CleanTV family-friendly television. Thank you for your help in cleaning up television.
